What is speaking through you?

The word dialogue stems via Latin from Greek roots:

Middle English: from Old French dialoge, via Latin from Greek dialogos, from dialegesthai ‘converse with’, from dia ‘through’ + legein ‘speak’.

What if we stopped to consider who we are in terms of what is speaking through each of us? What are you hearing? What are you writing? What are you echoing? More important to ask, what are you ignoring, silencing and muting? Maybe it is time to be the vessel and let things through?
